Portfolio
As a visual artist, educator, and creative facilitator, Ginger Huebner believes creativity has the power to bring people together in meaningful ways. Her mixed media work—woven from chalk pastel, collage, and other materials—uses imagery and color to translate our stories into visual language that feels both personal and universal.
Created in her Asheville studio near Biltmore Village, Ginger’s pieces are shaped by her life journey, her connections with others, the joys and challenges of the creative process, and her deep reverence for the natural world. Each work carries a sense of motion and vibrancy, expressing love, struggle, hope, and the layered beauty of our shared humanity.

As a visual artist, educator, facilitator and collaborator, I believe in the power of cultivating authentic connection through creativity.
I create vibrant mixed media works—rooted in collage and chalk pastel—that translate stories, feelings, and experiences into visual form. Each piece carries both intimacy and expansiveness, alive with color and imagery that capture emotions beyond the reach of words.
My inspiration flows from the layers of my life story, my faith, the joys and challenges of the creative process, my connections with others, and a deep reverence for the natural world. Through this work, I offer a small but intentional contribution toward change—visual translations of love, struggle, hope, and the many facets of our shared humanity.

“We purchased five pieces from Ginger and could fill our entire house with more of her work if we had the wall space. Her pieces are sublime, ethereal and add so much to the feel and beauty of our home. In addition to the expressions of her creativity, her technique and medium might be the most unique of any artist that I’ve ever seen. We are grateful caretakers..”
